Alpro Go On with Wild Berries

Proteins keep you full for quite a long time, so this snack is great for busy days with no time for regular meals. It’s also perfect after a workout. Actually my husbands (who goes to the gym at least 4 times a week) asks for his “dessert” almost every day so there must always be some alpro go on in the fridge….


200 g alpro go on
100 g soy joghurt (e. g. alpro plain with coconut)
1 tbsp +1 tsp erythritol (e.g. xucker light)
100 g wild berries, fresh or frozen

Step 1

Combine alpro go on, soy joghurt and and erythritol (or sweetener of choice) in a bowl. Top with fresh or defrosted wild berries and sprinkle with some extra sweetener.

260 kcal, 18 g protein, 16 g carbohydrates, 7 g fiber, 11 g fat
