That’s what happens when you wanna make Chocolate Cherry Overnight Oats but run out of cherries: you eat Chocalate Berry Overnight Oats instead :-). Nearly as delicous as my original version. Berries are my superfood No. 1, I try to add them to nearly everything. But you probably already noticed that!
Ingredients (1 serving)
½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
¾ cup plant chocolate drink (use your favourite brand)
2 tbsp soy joghurt
1 tsp low fat cocoa powder
4 tbsp berries, fresh or defrostet
Combine soy joghurt, chia seeds, rolled oats, plant milk and low fat cocoa poder in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, add 4 tbsp of fresh or defrosted berries. If you are using fresh berries, microvave 1 tbsp and add on top.
