Blueberry Overnight Oats

This is a recipe for the lazy… and sometimes I am lazy too!! This 5-ingredient Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats only need about 2 minutes preparation in the evening and another 2 minutes in the morning. How easy is that?? And it’s utterly delicious too…. try it and tell me whether I am right or wrong!


5 tbsp old-fashioned rolled oats
100 ml plant milk (I used alpro rice drink)
100 g vanilla soy yogurt
1 medium banana
4 tbsp + 1 tbsp blueberries

Step 1

Combine plant milk, vanilla soy joghurt and rolled oats in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, add 4 tbsp of blueberries and one diced banana.

Step 2

Microwave another tbsp of blueberries for 1 minute and pour over your oats. Enjoy!

450 kcal, 12 g protein, 80 g carbohydrates, 9 g fiber, 7 g fat
